1. Acceptance of Terms
In relation to Latter Day Press Release or LatterDayPressRelease.com. This website is owned and operated by Latter Day Brands. In it may be accessed by LatterDayPressRelease.com; LDSPressRelease.com; or LDSPR.com (hereinafter referred to as “LDSPR”) this is offered as a free service to you, buy posting, viewing, or using press releases on LDSPR, you agree to the following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “TOU”), the TOU may be updated by us as we see necessary without notice to you. By using LDSPR.com or any related Service found on LDSPR.com, you are bound by a unconditional agreement to follow the TOU. Therefore it is recommended to all visitors to read or review the TOU before using LDSPR.com.

By accepting these TOU through your use of the Service, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 it is recommended that you only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these TOU. LDSPR does not collect personal information unless it is voluntarily provided; this includes information about children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms of Use for the benefit of a child under the age of 18, you are fully responsible for his or her use of the Services found on LDSPR.com, including any financial charges and legal liability that he or she may incur. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of the terms and conditions in this TOU, it is recommended that you do not use the Service. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may constitute a breach of these TOU.

2. Description of Service
In this TOU, the term the Service shall be defined as Latter Day Brands, Latter Day Press Release, LDSPR, LDS Press Release, the website, the content, the method of posting content, communication, programs, advertising, or anything therein related to our method of collectively doing business. Press Releases found in this Service may include advertisements. It is necessary to have advertisements embedded in the site (which may also be embedded in your press release) in order to provide the service. All information posted on this service is expected to comply with the teachings and standards of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS church; Mormon Church) This sit is not endorsed nor affiliated with the before mentioned church.

It is requested that all information posted on LDSPR be newsworthy. If you desire to post a story or article, we suggest that you visit our sister site Latter Day Articles to post non-newsworthy content.

Information found on LDSPR is “AS-IS” and LDSPR assumes no responsibility for content posted; we will do our best to screen press releases posted in order to verify that they meet the standards previously posted. LDSPR does not guarantee in any way that information posted will be viewed by any particular news outlet, be posted on any particular blog or be listed on any search engine. It is expressly the decisions of those entities to use information as they see fit. Likewise LDSPR is not responsible for any third-party service.

3 Latter Day Press Release Standards

  • Must not be profane or vulgar
  • Must not contain pornographic or explicit images, content, text, links or other offensive material.
  • Must not be racist or contain offensive content related to race.
  • Must not be be threatening to anyone in anyway.
  • Must not support products, industries or the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, smoking, pornography, and so forth.
  • Must not support abortion or the harm of children.

4 General Submission Standards

  • Must related to the LDS market
    • Related to a LDS owned business or enterprise
    • Related to a member of the LDS church
    • Written by a member of the LDS church – Must comply with LDS Standards and other standards expressed in the TOU
  • Each post may contain up to 2 Hyperlinks
  • Each post may contain one image or logo, but not both. If more than one is submitted, we will delete one and default by displaying a logo over an image
  • Must not contain any embedded scripts or redirects
  • Must not be designed to deceive in any way.
  • Must not impersonate a business, entity or person.
  • Must not use material, phrases or images that is copyrighted or legally owned by another person, business or entity.
  • Must not use material that is illegal in anyway
  • Must not be used in any way to scrape personal data from individual users or contributors.

Content supportive of groups hostile or combative to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints will not be posted.

LDSPR and its shall have the right and it is to their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, remove, delete, or move any Content that is available or submitted via the Service that violates the TOU or is otherwise objectionable. Submissions will not be edited or removed in part, all submissions will be accepted, rejected or removed as a whole. LDSPR may, but is not required to, notify individuals of changes to posts that have been submitted to the Service.

5 RSS Feed
LDSPR will do its best to provide RSS (really simple syndication) service in order to provide other websites use of content by LDSPR. However, it does not guarantee the functionality of the service. LDSPR is not liable for any problems, nor does it provide servicing or trouble shooting your personal website’s RSS feed.

6 Claims of Trademark or Copyright Infringement
LDSPR respects the rights and ownership of trademarks and copyrights.

Any submission that is found to have or accused of having a copyright infringement will be removed from LDSPR until proof is submitted that proves otherwise. This may include the permanent deleting of content.

LDSPR retains the right to and will always error on the side of removing content to comply with trademark and copyright law.

In order to have content re-instated after removal, proof must be provided that a resolution has been made in relation to the specific accusation.

7 Notices
LDSPR may, but in no way is required to, provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the TOU, by either email, regular mail, or postings on the Service.
